Synergy at Play Refund Policy

All refunds due to withdrawing from a class are subject to a 30% course withdrawal fee. Synergy at Play reserves the right to cancel any class due to situations beyond our control; a full refund will be issued in such cases.

2026 Fall Classes

Payment and Fees​​

Payment must be made in full upon registration. All payments are non-transferable between individuals. We accept all major credit cards. Synergy at Play is not responsible for students before and after class time. A $25 fee is charged for all late pick-ups. Specific terms and details will be supplied to parents of registered students.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to a course withdrawal fee of 30% of the registration fee, and are available until one week prior to class start, after which no refunds are issued. All payments are non-transferable between individuals. Synergy at Play reserves the right to cancel any program due to situations beyond our control; a full refund will be issued in such cases.

Program Cancellation

Synergy at Play reserves the right to cancel any program due to situations beyond our control. A full refund will be provided for any program that Synergy at Play cancels before the program start date. For cancellation of programs that occur after they have started, a pro-rated refund will be provided for classes that have not taken place.
